At Tashah Jewelry, every piece is crafted and inspected with care to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipping. Because our jewelry is delicate and custom-designed, all sales are final.

No Returns / Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been sold.

  • Please double-check your order details (size, color, style, and personalization, if any) before completing your purchase.

Exceptions – Wrong Item or Quality Issue

We will only consider a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit.

  • The item is delivered in a different color, size, or design than what you ordered.

In these rare cases, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email].

  2. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that match the description and specifications of your order cannot be returned.

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
